What is Paypal? Why use it?
PayPal is the safest, easiest-to-use, and most cost effective platform for businesses and individuals to send and receive money.
When you buy tickets at EventAdz, you are temporarily redirected to the PayPal's website.
There you can pay money directly to your Event Organizer through any of the following means:
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
- All major debit cards
- Electronic checks
- Direct transfers

How do I get my ticket?
Once you've made the payment through PayPal, the tickets are sent to you through E-Mail. The email contains the following information:
- Invoice number
- Date, Time and Venue of your event
- Quantity of each tickets bought
- Total amount you paid
- PayPal ID of your Event Organizer
- Your billing address and contact information
NOTE: Always take a printout of your tickets and your identification proof with you, when you attend the event.

Ticket Cancellation and Refunds
For cancellation and refunds, you must contact your Event Organizer directly (through phone, email or fax).
If the organizer chooses to refund you, you will get back your money.
The refunded money will be automatically credited to the same payment method which you used while paying for the ticket.
For example, if you bought tickets through your credit card, the refunded money will be put back into your credit card.
